Shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, officers on patrol with the Orangetown Police Department stopped Airmont resident Robert Harrow, 57, on Hudson Avenue in Nyack for committing multiple vehicle and traffic violations.

During the stop, responding officers said that Harrow was operating the vehicle while his license was revoked for a past alcohol-related infraction, and he was also operating the vehicle without a court-ordered interlock device that was required to be installed in any vehicle he drove.

Harrow was arrested at the scene and charged with misdemeanor counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device. Following arraignment, Harrow was released on bail and is due back in Nyack Justice Court on April 24 to answer the charges.
